What is the Philip Project?
The Philip Project is a course for Christian internationals to help them grow in their knowledge of the bible, relationship with Jesus and ability to teach others.
The Philip Project is an interactive course for Christian international students and professionals to develop skills in understanding, applying and teaching from the Bible. The skills learnt on the course can be used in a variety of contexts depending on each student’s situation and gifting.
We also welcome Christian international volunteers and those living in the UK who are seeking to reach their local ethnic communities for Christ.
Utilising mentors, leaders and teachers from across Guildford churches, this year long course is going to be life changing!
The goals of the Philip Project are achieved through three main forms of learning and discipling:
-
Training days once a month on a Saturday (please see FAQ below for COVID information)
-
Mentoring with a member of your church or one of our volunteers to encourage and aid the growth of each student.
-
A national day online to join with all participants across the country.
